Returns & Refunds

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges of opened or used liquid products.

All sales are final once an order has been placed and shipped. Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not available for change of mind or personal preference.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide clear photos of the issue. We will review the case and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or another suitable solution.
